Got my new issue today, with 2 scary themes, Halloween and Presidents!
RR Parks 11th Halloween Event is on cover. Top 10 is George Washington cards. Two promos, Batman Hush P1 from Cryptozoic and RR Parks 11th Annual Halloween Event from Richard Parks. Good looking issue!

As I read the magazine last night, I realized there are 2 different Batman promos. The P1 is most common, but a black and white line version of the same image is also inserted at scarcer odds.

I wonder what the insertion rate of the P2 was ? 1 in 10 copies or more ?

Thank you for the image.

Approximately one in five copies has the P2 promo card.

That was a great issue. I'd never seen a NuCards Horror Monsters box before. Collectors are letting go of some unique items these days.

I liked the article on RRParks and that Universal Monsters Illustrated article was fantastic (though I wouldn't call it "forgotten"). There are collectors who might carefully cut out the pages and frame them to decorate part of a wall in their "monster collection room." I must add that there are actually 3 card-sized promos (not 2) for the set. Topps did something unusual. They did a cool promo version of one of the chase cards (The Mummy Horrorglow):
