I was impressed with today's show. That's 180 degrees from the last time I attended...which was a fiasco, in my opinion. I almost didn't go back to today's show, but the promoter, Steve, made me an offer I couldn't refuse.

It had a very good turnout with both dealers & attendees, artists, TV personalities, and the 501st New England Garrison. The large hall was laid out well and people could move fairly easily through the crowds.

I got to see NSU member and trading card / toy dealer Dave Moulder there. He had a good cross section of non-sport cards, comics, & toys. My son and I checked out his card binders and of course I walked away with a good deal, as always. Thanks Dave.

I posted some pics on my Facebook account of my son with some of the 501st New England Garrison. Friend me if you want to see them @ Fred Scribner.

We stayed for roughly two and a half hours going between the main hall and artist alley, but after that short stay my son kind of reached his limit. That's why I don't bring a 9 year old to the Philly Show. Maybe in a few more years, but not now. LOL
