Good luck! I hope that Show #1 is a success. I hope to see you at Show #2, Show #3, Show #4 etc.

I can't make this show because my son is moving that weekend. Would you believe, to Glendale Heights? Just 1.5 miles from the show! He won't be able to go for himself, let alone to pick up Promos for me. (he's a collector too).

Iggy's close...

How about a set that has not even been announced yet!

Walking Dead Comics

And, to make things interesting... K&J is going to add 100 total (50 each day) Dungeon Dolls San Diego promo cards. These are the ones that ended up lost and didn't get distributed!

Shaping up quite nicely...

Ed

Me too and I am bringing my kids (8 and 10). I might bring along some of my extras too. I have many holes in many different sets that I would like to fill.

Any tips for the newbie?

Thats cool...now back to stuffing my 75% off, $3 and $0.50 bins! Then on to sorting Avengers Assemble case. If I am napping on my table, just leave some money behind for anything you take and wake me up if I am drooling on my cards.

Tips. . . bring a want list, don't be a afraid to chat with people -- it's a super friendly group. Introduce yourself. . . It's always a good idea to have some sort of a bag to carry your stuff in, as well as some spare supplies.

If you are looking for specific stuff post on here to let people know to bring what you are looking for. . .

I can't think of anything else. . .

I am guessing the the answer is NO but does the hotel have free internet access? Thinking about bringing my netbook but don't want to lug it if there is no purpose.

Levemesomecards, another suggestion...don't be afraid to negotiate on something if you don't like the price.

Just a few hours to see all you mugs again! I can't wait. Still need to load the car, and a little rain won't stop us- We're card people!

Will be accepting new toy, unopened card boxes as well as family friendly sets for the Pediatric Oncology Treasure Chest Foundation. A free gift for every donation, while supplies last.
See you in a little while!
