Philly Non-Sports Card Show - Promos September 2013

Why was this promo handed out randomly? People I was trading with received a different promo, regardless of which day they went to their booth. I know of one person that got theirs on Sunday. Usually P3 on an album promo, so I thought I had a chance, but I now know that it will be P5.

It was handed out each day by Rittenhouse Archives I got one of the WOM and Bond promos both days.

Yes, I know. That's kinda what I said above. But, as I also said, people where handed another WOM promo, and had no idea that P3 was being handed out.
