I think the message has got through to Showmasters that they can't con the customer anymore. Too many times, a big name has dropped out at the 11th hour (although I dispute this and think they knew in advance) and all you get in compensation is a big shrug of the shoulders. The scheme they had of buying a Gold Pass (£175) before any guests were announced for any of the shows in 2011 should have set the alarm bells ringing. Attendence was down for the last show in November because collectors are getting jaded with a group of 'always there "stars" ' and one or two big names from the initial list. Second Stormtrooper on the left never drops out of a show.
