Well I got the first of my two cases yesterday and am pretty pleased Smile .

Things got off to a good start when the postie delivered them and there was no customs duty to pay Dance .

Every one of the eight boxes had a base set and more importantly an autograph Elephant .

also pulled four costumes and one sketch.

Autos James Kyson Lee x 2
Jimmy Jean-Louis
Adrian Pasdar
Alan Blumenfield
David Anders
Dana Davis Luv You
Christine Rose

Costumes Nathan 3 colour
Claire Dark Blue
Hiro Checkered
West Black

Sketch Katie Cook Thumb Up .

Only minor dissapointment was the lack of sketches but overall excellent.Just hope the second case from a different dealer is as good.

I bought 4 boxes from my local store cause im greedy and couldnt wait for my pre-ordered case.

Is it just me or are a large majority of the sketch cards in this series not up to the level of quality the season 1 cards were? I mean i know there are some duffers in season 1 too but the season 2 ones ive seen on here and on ebay didnt seem to be anything decent and those are the ones that seem to be floating about more often than not.

I dont mean any offence to any of the sketch artists here, i just havent seen anything thats jumped out at me and made me go omg thats so pretty or omg thats really cool other than some Jeff Chandler and Brian Kong and John Watkins-Chow sketches.

I think the problem is the release of volume 2 is too close to the release of the first. If it was a year later instead of a few months I think we would feel the sketch cards are great.

Ah so you think the sketch artists maybe havent had enough time to make the fantastic sketches we saw in the first release, i understand that it was a bit of a short time between releases.

Hello all. I Got the case I ordered off of ebay today. 8 hit's in the case all together, 6 sketch cards, 1 Autograph card, and 1 costume card. Kinda disappointed that I only got one autograph. Which wouldn't have bothered me so much if it was Ali, but I the only auto I pulled was Stephen Tobolwsky.

Opened two boxes tonight.

Box 1
Base sets x1
Foils x8 (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8)
Autograph card Ashley Crow as Sandra Bennet

Box 2
Base sets x1
Foils x8 (1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10)
Autograph card David Anders as Adam Monroe

We're really happy to get two autos out of our boxes. It was also nice to get a full set of foils. The base card collation could have been a little better, but based on some of the other breaks, we should probably be happy with a base set per box.

Brian Kong did some really nice work for this set but that Treece is fantastic Thumb Up .

Wish I could find another case but the seller I got my good case from has sold out and it's a bit risky buying from anyone else in case you get the poor distribution cases.

I've opened 2 boxes of my 4 now.

The first was a dud box - this didn't make me feel great. Visions of 4 boxes with no hits sprang to mind.

The second box had an auto (Christine Rose) AND a sketch by Eric Wolfe Hansen (Mohinder shooting Noah). This made me feel much better, and it evened out nicely. Luckily I think I may have hit on an 'Hot Box' which saved the day.

I'm in a dilemma about posting the dud box back to Topps, as they did guarantee a hit per box but I feel a bit guilty about doing so having 2 'hits' in the second one.

I'll see how the other 2 go, and I've got a 5th box arriving next week.

Full breakdown with pics when they're all opened.
