For those that know me, know that Walking Dead Season 1 brought me into the hobby. And I'm thankful for that. So it comes as no surprise that I would binge a bit on this set. I think after tonite my binging is done lol.

Onto the case break (1 of 2.5ish).

I also had a nice selection of relics, again mostly similar to the above posts. I already finished my master set, and am on to a second one. Don't judge me out there, lol. Part of the fun for me is wondering what I'll get, and just the general trading. I've grown to be a sketch collector, so if I happen to sell my set it'll only be to help obtain more sketch cards.

Anyways I'm sad to say that my case 1 did not have a sketch in it. I quickly wrote Scott G. at crypto (more than once lol) in regards to this. I was only ever going to open one case, but since I didn't hit a sketch, I went on to case two. This beauty came from that:




After doing preorders from many ebayers, i had about 5-6 loose boxes, along with my 2 direct from crypto, and hit this Kyle Babbit



John's post above, in regards to "being ashame more nonsports do not share" kind of hit me, so thought I'd share all of this.

My observations, if any of you care, as I've spent a lot of time along with a few others studying this set:

The Dual Material cards will go way up. I only hit 2, and both were DM03. Out of all those boxes (40+), only 2. Also, many are speculating that there are no "short print" auto's. That may be true, but I'm willing to bet a couple go way up, including Madison/sophie's "Zombie" auto. In fact, if I hadn't spent what I did today on sketches, I would have bought every single one up lol. I do think it's a "shorter sp" if anything. I pulled 3 Reedus/Shane/Lori and yet only one of hers. Only one Rick as well. Note: the other SP may be Andrea's auto's from Season 1, did not pull any.

Anyways those are my thoughts. This set was the most fun I've had in this hobby all year. Now to begin paying off what I've spent, and saving for next year Thanks for reading!

Sketch Card - Hayden Davis

Very impressed with the quality, and coalition. Only have about 3 cards that need to be replaced out of the whole case, most of the time a lot of other trading cards have more than that for a box.
