Complete Star Trek Movies Trading Cards, The (Rittenhouse Archives)
xtime - you know, I've opened up over a box and half of these, and i don't know how many cards are in a pack. Since the costumes are thicker, i think you get one card less in these packs.
The Camp Kitomer cards seem to be numbered to 575, while the lowest numbers for regular costume cards are 701, so these would be rarer.
yes, each box should yeild 13 inserts of one kind or another, looks like the gold plaques are one per box, not every other box as i wrote in my article. You can see what i wrote in the sample article on the NSU home page.
No boxtoppers for this set, and the only prop cards are the Camp Kitomer banners.
The Profiles, Synopsis, etc. all look alike on the front, although they have different colored foil, but they are nice, it will be hard to complete some of these subsets, though.
So now, xtime - go out and buy a box already!

Thanks for info...only found a few images on the website...maybe they will update soon.
Would prefer to rent a new box at this time.

They did in Star Trek 40th i belive. they were serigraph cast poster box toppers numbered to 2500 of all the casts from the Various Star Treks. I think it was called family. They were done on canvas, and were really cool.

Four boxes for me, or at least for starters. Boxes hold 24 packs of 9 cards each except for packs with thicker costume cards. Expect 1.68 base sets of 90 cards on average, if collation were perfect.
Six chase sets are arranged to fill a nine-pocket sheet for each film, with the same approach as Skybox' TOS Phases series, but with a modified composition. Plot Synopses (S1-S30) are seeded at 3 per box, Character Logs (C1-C10) 1 per box, Gold Plaques (G1-G10) 1 per box, Behind-the-Scenes (B1-B10) 1 per box, Profiles (P1-P20) 2 per box, and In Motion lenticulars (L1-L10) 1 per box. So you could theoretically fill this combined 90-card chase set from 10 boxes' worth of cards without duplications.
BOX 08426/10000 Base cards: 1 complete set plus 61 extras S8-S13-S14 .. C3 .. G8 .. B10 .. P8 P17 .. L3 MC7 CPO Janice Rand 0178/1501 MC8 Lt. Ilia 0864/1701 A31 Scott Strozier as Security Ensign A35 Cully Fredricksen as Vulcan Captain Camp Khitomer props: none
BOX 09402/10000 Base cards: 1 complete set plus 61 extras S8-S13-S28 .. C3 .. G9 .. B10 .. P4 P11 .. L8 MC6 Lt. Commander Uhura 0175/1701 MC10 Lt. Saavik 1247/1501 A8 John Schuck as Klingon Ambassador A36 Michael Snyder as Communications Officer Camp Khitomer props: none
BOX 07380/10000 Base cards: 1 complete set plus 61 extras S8-S13-S14 .. C3 .. G7 .. B10 .. P3 P11 .. L8 MC1 Captain James T. Kirk 194/701 MC16 Commander William Riker 0307/1501 A25 Cynthia Gouw as Caithlin Dar A34 W. Morgan Sheppard as Klingon Commander (Limited) Camp Khitomer props: none
BOX 07376/10000 Base cards: 1 complete set plus 61 extras S9 S24 S25 .. C1 .. G4 .. B7 .. P3 P11 .. L9 MC2 Spock 0949/1501 MC14 Dr. Leonard McCoy 0734/1701 A31 Scott Strozier as Security Ensign A35 Cully Fredricksen as Vulcan Captain Camp Khitomer props: none
I was unlucky in the distribution for the four boxes with a lot of chase-card duplication for everything but the costume cards, and less than my share of scarcer inserts. (But now I get to compare notes with the person who has the rest of the two cases these boxes came from.) I filled six complete base sets from four boxes, though, and that's the maximum possible.
I'm not a huge fan of the design of the "complete movies" base sets, with one image on the fronts and a series nine movie-poster puzzles on the backs. I really like the layout and presentation and there's a good place for it, but I think base sets with lots of text on the packs gives me more hours enjoying the set when it's brand new.

Another senior moment Rf - where's your other auto? They're really nice cards - congratulations. I hope that my wife get's great cards in the boxes I've ordered for her for Christmas. The frustrating thing about waiting to find out what's in the boxes is that all the initial e-bay bargains will be gone as other people try to add to their own sets. C'est la vie.

Bought four boxes and the binder:
Box #1:
-Plot Synopsis: S17, S27, S30 -Profiles: P5, P7 -Behind the Scenes: B5 -Character Logs: C4 -Gold Plaque: G5 -Lenticular Motion Card: L4 -Costumes: MC9 Uhura, MC12 Carol Marcus -Autos: A18 Michael Berryman (Starfleet Display Officer), A36 Michael Snyder (Communications Officer)
Overall a very good set. I like it, that all the chase cards for each movie can be put on one single page and the costume cards are just . I was extremly lucky to have no duplicate chase cards (except for the Uhura Costume card), but I was a little bit disappointed to get only one limited card (no very limited, no relic card...). But that's the game .

I didn't forget I just didn't like the other one (GOD).

Finally I got my box (9521/10000) :
1 set + 55 extras
Chase Cards : P3, P13, S1, S12, S24, B1, C1, G7 Costumes : MC5 Montgomery Scott from ST5(062/701) , MC12 Dr.Carol Marcus (0228/1701)
Autographs : A17 Spice Williams, A39 Judson Scott
All in all an average box. Unfortunately I have to say that most of the basic cards were cut terribly. Sometimes half a centimeter from the next card is on the cards.

Hi people, i bought a case of cards from the Sci fi show today at the NEC in Birmingham - i'll post the breakdowns later, but i need to ask a question, about the The gold plaque cards, i have one without the gold it!! is this rare? or just a misprint and not worth adding to the set?
Thx

It is just a faulty card, if you have one then there must be a batch of them that did not go through the process properly.
Now if you had a set of 10 without the gold foil you would be onto a winner.

Think i will dropping a note to Rittenhouse, regarding how many badly cut cards i have found, as it took me 3 boxes to make up a basic set.
