Happy new movie! I had to pull the book out and get ready to speed-read so that I can keep track of what's changed when I see the movie. (Some of the new characters don't match the pictures I had in my mind!)

Boxes hold 24 packs of 8 cards, 10 boxes per case, 7000 numbered boxes. The sum of the numbers of prop cards and cinema cel cards both add up to 35% more than the number of each expected in packs, and the sum of numbers for costume cards is 20% "over." There are indeed plenty of Slughorn items, but they are interesting nonetheless. Expect 2 complete base sets of 90 per box except for boxes that hold two thick costumes/props; I made 20 complete sets from my case.

BOX 2557

Base cards (90): 2 complete sets, 1 extra
Foil cards (9; 1:4.8 packs): R1 R4 R6 R8 R9
Autograph cards (12; 1:48 packs): none
Costume cards (14; 1:30 packs): C5 Gryffindor students [maroon] (325/630)
Prop cards (12; 1:60 packs): P7 Just Like That Hat Boxes (307/395)

Box-topper metal cards (4): BT1 D.M (Draco Malfoy)

BOX 3116

Base cards (90): 2 complete sets, 5 extra

Autograph cards (12; 1:48 packs): Jessie Cave - Lavender Brown
Costume cards (14; 1:30 packs): none

Film cards (9; 1:80 packs): CFC5 (Tonks defending) (199/314)

Can't wait to get my case. I don't love the fact that there were duplicate autos and costumes in your case but I would think that is offset by the fact that you pulled the Emma Watson auto. Congrats on a nice break!

I bought 2 boxes to try my luck, here's how the cards fell:

Box 1450

Foil cards: R1 R4 R6 R8 R9
Autograph cards: None
Costume cards: C5 Gryffindor Students [maroon] (137/630)
Prop cards: P7 Just Like That Hat Boxes (332/395)
Film cards: None
Box Topper Metal card: BT3 Bellatrix

Box 5469

Foil cards: R2 R4 R6 R7 R8 R9
Autograph cards: David Thewlis (Redemption)
Costume cards: None
Prop cards: None
Film cards: CFC# (092/314)
Box Topper Metal card: BT1 Draco Malfoy

The first box wasn't too exciting, but the second box was better with the Thewlis auto. I'm surprised at how many redemptions there are in this release since it was delayed for so long.

Wow. My single box break is VERY similar to Allender's # 1992....except NO Hermione Confused

Base card sets: 2 complete +++
Foil cards: R1,R4,R5,R8, and R9
Autograph card: Evanna "Elton" Lynch Big Grin
Costume cards: NONE
Prop cards:NONE
Film cards: CFC #1 /314
Box Topper: BT3 Bellatrix

I had two severely damaged regular issue cards....crimping along the bottom edges. I have two more boxes on the way and will list at some point.

And, yeah, I agree that there are plenty of Slughorn items even tho I didn't pull a chase Slug...just going by what I have seen on eBay.

LASTLY, I'm going to be wanting a P8 "Records" card that includes a piece of the record label. So far all I'm seeing is P8's with record slabs. Anyone who would like to part with such an item (if one exists) feel free to shout.

Deena, your first case only showed 9 boxes. Did you hold one box out or are you holding out on us? Wink

The tenth box should have held CFC-3, but the rest of the case doesn't match any of the other reports, so I can't guess who's your fifth auto. (Well, it's probably a Tonks, Alecto, or another Amycus!)

Oops!

Not holding out on you. I must have gotten a little bleary eyed going over my notes (hopefully that instead of forgetting to write it down altogether). I'll have to check this out and edit it later -- probably can't do this until tomorrow. The auto that is missing from the list is for Tonks.

Finally got my two cases and my distributor said my incentive and my two crystal case toppers were sent out to me yesterday! I only had time to break 1/2 of 1 case. I probably could stop because I am so thrilled!

Got Harry Potter and Draco Malfoy dual auto (ultra rare) (redemption) Elephant
Those type of cards make me about have heart attacks!

Also got Error Prop card P6 Slughorn's Christmas Party Drapes x/330 with P5 Slughorn's Office Wall Covering x/330 Back. I have looked on ebay and only seen one other of the exact same error cards unless others are not pointing this out and they are all like this. ANYONE know anything about it?

Got the hardest to get costume (C11 Ravenclaw Students x/170)

So needless to say I am pretty happy with only opening 5 boxes. Plus got other Auto, costumes, props, film cells.

My sealed case yielded 20 base sets, 4 sets of foils with some extras and these:

very happy to get the 3 rare autos especially being that I love all of those characters. I was also pleased that the two non-rares were those two instead of getting the Jessie Cave or one of the Carrow redemptions. The props could have been a bit better- the swatches aside for the biting teacups boxes were boring. I liked the costumes even though there was the dupe Slughorn in there- with those being numbered to 780 they are slightly more than one per case and I was one of the unlucky ones to get a dupe. All in all extremely pleased!
