Just finished sorting out my first two boxes - must say I'm a little disappointed in the condition of the costume cards, both that I've pulled so far are damaged in one way or the other. This is my first ever Artbox case or even purchase for that matter, is this the norm? I'm hoping that Artbox customer service can quickly / easily replace the damaged cards?
The cards are definitely a step up from Comic Images' first 2 sets for '24'. I really like the autograph cards, and they're in pristine condition (at least so far) as well which is nice, especially compared to the damaged costume cards!

Autograph Cards are found in packs. Some are Redemption cards which you have to post off to the card manufaucter with your details and they will post out your card!

There are autographed cards inserted into the packs! Redemption cards are cards in packs because the autographed cards didn't arrive in time to be inserted into packs. You send the redemption card back to the manufacter and they mail the autographed card back to you.

Here is my first purchase for 24. Thanks go out to Tom and Tom. The only problem was that my costume card had some white corners to them. I don't know if anyone else has had this problem but hopefully artbox can help me out with this. Anyways here it goes.

I definitely had this problem as well, and more (see my case breakdown post above)...let me know if you have any luck getting it replaced, and I'll do the same - this is my first real Artbox experience so I don't know yet...
otim, How the hell do you afford all of those boxes? Share the love!! Anyways, I spoke with customer service and they said they would assist me with a replacement since my card was damaged. They are very nice and their customer service is exceptional. They asked me to mail in the damaged card and they'll send me a new one.This is why I'll remain a customer of theirs because they understand they aren't perfect and will help you out with replacing your legitimately damaged items.
