Again a damaged foil card in this box but also a colored Eva Hopkins card.

With my six boxes it seems I have beaten the odds if I would have bought a case. (For the sketch card and colored cards).
I have a complete 10 card signed set (with only 10 cards - how lucky can you be )
Because of the damaged puzzle foil card I miss number 2 for a complete set of 9.
But even with another damaged foil card, I have a complete set of 9 foils.

It was fun to open these boxes.
I like the idea of the numbered AP en MP cards and it was fun to see them in those boxes.
...And I like the artwork of the base set .

Summary

Puzzle: ONE set of 9, 15 extras
Holofoils: ONE set of 9, 15 extras
Autos: One set of 10, 7 extras, 2 Damaged
Colored Cards: ONLY 2, instead of the 3 people have been getting.
Sketches: 4 total, 2 unique

Normally I try to keep it positive, but this case was terrible.

DF has to get their act together...
2 damaged autos, unacceptable
4 boxes with 1 auto, unacceptable
1 box with NO hits, completely unacceptable
2 colored cards instead of 3 , might have to give them a pass on this as I don't think they promised anything.

Bad part was that I was opening this one hoping to complete, or at least have enough to trade, my colored cards. With only 2 cards and both of them being duplicates from my first case, I'm out of luck there.

I was also disappointed with the puzzle and holofoil collation. Only making one mini-master out of a 12 box case is a pretty poor showing.

To finish on a positive note, I was able to upgrade a couple of my previous autos to MP and AP versions.

Did I mention I LOVE the base set?

Normally, it's not my style to complain to the manufacturer, but I might have to make an exception.

Ed - I wouldn't bother contacting Dynamic Forces - I have emailed them a number of times recently - with no response. I believe they mean well, but they don't seem to come through with their promises.

I am looking for some of the AP and MP auto cards, and was wondering if any of the other members who bought cases and got duplicates (Like myself) might be interested in trading duplicates? I have the following cards available for trade:

auto 2 27/49 MP, [auto 5 12/49 MP(TRADED 5/25)], auto 9 8/49 AP

I also have extra regular number cards which I would trade 2 to 1 for any of the AP/MP cards I need. The extras I have are:

auto 1 147/335, auto 3 143/335, auto 4 136/335, auto 7 325/333, auto 8 197/335

The cards I am looking for are:

Something else that turned up in my Strictly Ink Yearsets purchases were two Dawn 20th Anniversary boxes. Having read this thread a long time ago, I opened them with a little trepidation but I needn't have worried as I hit two good boxes

An actual sketch card would have been nice but given the problems others have had just getting auto cards, I'm not going to complain at having two similar Art Cards.
