I had to pick up a box of Supernatural seasons 1-3 on eBay because my comic book store refuses to fight with Cryptozoic anymore. The cards are very nice and I did for once get what was advertised.

I got a full set of 72 cards with a couple of extras

We've broken 4 boxes so far.
We have found parallels for two of the 3 insert sets, (not the CP cards), and 3 levels of parallels to the base set.

That's why I came here to see what other folks are getting since it seems so totally random.

I don't see the information on parallels posted on Cryptozoic's checklist on the website, nor mentioned by them in the thread here on the Board.

The base card parallels are:
Gold (numbered on back)
Silver (numbered on back)
and what I'm calling "Electric"....sorta lightning across the front finish, but nothing distinctive about the back of the card.

The insert parallels:
So far we've found "Electric" J inserts
and Silver "J" inserts.
And "Electric" "L" inserts.

Out of 4 boxes (one of which had NO parallels of any kind, we have a total of 6 Base parallels and 4 Insert parallels.

I have no idea what the packing ratios ought to be, if there's any sense to it at all.

Oh, and we got 2 regular "L", 2 regular "J" and 1 CP per box, along with the 1 auto, 1 wardrobe.

The silver foil parallel card has been damaged with marks on the bottom of it as if it was caught when the package was being sealed. I have logged the issue with Cryptozoic. I am curious to see the response. I am not sure that they would be able to replace numbered parallels.

I pulled the same autograph & wardrobe cards from my box that Chris Cline pulled.

I like the set, but I don't see the need for so many parallel cards. I won't be chasing them all.

My box was a gift for Christmas 2014.
