Boxes are 24 packs of 8 cards; 10 boxes per case. Expect 2.52 base sets of 72 if collation were perfect. Nice set, better presented than Memorable Moments I. My main gripe: YET AGAIN Artbox managed to arrange base-card collation so that I'm sitting here with 12 sets that are missing exactly the same single card.

If it's like some previous HP sets, the answer will certainly be yes. And it won't be numbers that match mine. Wink

How do you mean? They're quite big on my screen?

Otherwise try:

Hmmm... I will need a jewelers loop to see those scans properly. Way too small.

Scan 2 had the full resolution, but for some reason it was showing up tiny in the link too. It downloaded full size. It looks like Scan 1 was a thumbnail, it got fuzzy real fast if you tried to explode it.

Some of those costume cards look pretty sweet. I have been on the fence about this one, but leaning towards trying my luck.

I had picked up a box at the Philly show Sunday morning, but couldn't open it til about midnight - it was worth the wait..

Box: 552
Box Topper: BT4
Puzzle: 1,3,5,7,8
Autograph: Igor Karkaroff and Victor Krum (Redemption)
Costume: C9 Cho Chang and Hermoine (235/290)
Prop: None

I was very happy to find a double costume from 2 of my favorite characters, and a double auto. I noticed so far, nobody has pulled either of these. Jeff, I had two base sets, and 39 extras, I feel like sending you my extra #52.

Just a thought - maybe in the next Artbox staff meeting, maybe someone could suggest " How about if we put numbers on the back of the card that people can read? Or should we continue with the font that has 2's, 3's and 5's that look alike?"

Still, a very attractive set, and the best box I'd ever bought of Artbox cards.

Is it just me, or does there seem to be a duplication problem within cases? Seeing quite a few instances of duplicate costumes and autos in the same case. I have been a part of close to 20 cases of Harry Potter products, and have seldom received a duplicate.

We finished opening our case tonight, and frankly, the distribution was pretty bad.

For costume cards we got 3 of Aunt Petunia. 2 costume cards of Ginny & Ron. 2 autographs of Creepy Kid, 2 autographs of Prof Grubbleyplank.

I am half tempted to call Kay at Artbox and ask her about this. I doubt there is anything she can do, but she needs to know how some of these are turning out. Someone seems to have dropped the ball in packing this release.

A little bit has to do with the numbers of items. You did worse than the average, but there's probably going to be at least one duped item in most cases.

There were 600 cases, and both the Petunia costume and the Grubblyplank autos were numbered/signed at more than 700 each. Cases with two Grubblyplanks or Karkaroff's Aide are fairly common, and I've only seen two case reports (out of 11) where there weren't any costume dupes, and those two cases were the "same". One other case had doubles for two different costumes, and it had only 4 autos.

Still, yours takes the case (so to speak). Perhaps it was one of the last ones packed and there were leftovers. Ginny and Ron were # to only 300, so that duplication (not to mention the triple Petunia) is very odd.

For Memorable Moments 1, my case had duplicates for one auto and two different costumes. Almost every case break had a dupe on one of the autos. The two MM sets had the fewest different costumes (of any series that seeded 8 or more per case). C16 of OOTP was # to 760, but I didn't see any doubles for it. So they've definitely done better.

What other costumes/props/auto did you get?

I don't have them in front of me at the moment, I'll try and get scans on this weekend. I know our 5th autograph was the redemption for the Malfoys.

I know Ron's Compass was the big hit in the case. A dual Canopy 1st task tent prop, and dual Yule Ball Drapes/? prop card.

I'll try and get it organized this weekend and post the overall results with scans.

After checking the prop cards, we got 2 of the Yule Ball Drapes dual prop card in the case.

I opened a box a week or two ago and also pulled a Ron and Ginny Dual costume (#110/300) and the Robert Jarvis Auto.
For only being numbered to 300, If I counted properly, 4 of the Ron and Ginny's have already showed up here. Not sure that means anything, probably just coincidence.
Also does anyone have an idea how many cards Jarvis signed?
