Thanks Smile I have more than 100 sketch cards now, and this is one of the favourites, no doubt! At first when looking through the cards in the pack I took it for a base card, but then the texture felt different and I realized it was the sketch!

I stand corrected. I couldn't tell if it was Storm or someone else. I didn't think about Rogue.

As with all these MM releases I don't like the big gold logo stamps on the bottoms of the cards.
I liked the foil finishes on the Marvel Knights set which I thought highlighted some of those cards very nicely. Adding the K on the side was an interesting difference.
I also liked what I saw of the two Xmen cards. Just loved Wolverine by Barry Windsor-Smith; I wouldn't be surprised if it was one of the pin-ups he did for the back of Marvel Comic Presents.
Thought I was lucky to get both a sketch & an auto that made it for the fact I bought the box in 12/08 & did not get it until now!
For the base set, villians are not my favourite characters so many of these characters are not familar to me but I loved #13 the Enchantress by Joe Chiodo :-) See below.
