Thanks!

The box was quite Janeway filled with the portrait, costume card and autograph. I hope my next box is Crusher filled(or Seven of Nine, or Deanna Troi) Smile

Were you mainly a Voyager/Enterprise watcher?

Voyager mostly with some Enterprise and the later seasons of DS9 (when they had an ongoing enemy and hence story direction). I can't watch TOS at all and TNG had the occasional great story interspersed amongst not much. I never got into the movies either.

She may not be the hottest of the Star Trek ladies but she's the only Oscar winning one.

Nice break,

Well, got my second box today, here's the breakdown:
Box #3550 of 7500
1 set of 81 cards plus 27 extras
3 Painted cards
1 LL card LL8 T'Pol
1 RR card RR1 Riker and Troi
2 costumes
WCC7 Seven of Nine
WCC14 Kira Nerys
3 Autographs
Chase Masterson as Leeta
Sally Kellerman as Dr. Dehner
Rhonda Aldrich as Madeline (Limited)

Happy with the limited auto - although I can't recall this character. I like the Kellerman auto more, always liked her.

Bought some loose packs over the weekend - and I dodged all the big hits - got one painted card and lots of singles. What a lucky guy I am.

Oh I agree. That was a killer box. If it were the only box I opened all year, I would be happy.

I am addicted to this set, especially since it is the first set I've wanted to get multiple boxes of in a long while. I got another box today-

Box#: 5098

One full set with 27 extras
Hoshi Sato(my 2nd)/Janice Rand/Christine Chapel portraits
RR4- Neelix/Kes
LL7- Seven of Nine (again!)
WCC5- Gates McFadden costume material- "The Nth Degree" (pink with irridescent green and what could be a seam)
WCC12- Terry Farrell costume material- "Blood Oath"
Lycia Naff as Sonya Gomez from Star Trek: The Next Generation
Antoinette Bower as Sylvia from Star Trek
Gwynyth Walsh as B'Etor from Star Trek: Generations (my 2nd)

Not a bad box, but not one of my best either, not thrilled with a repeat autograph, but hey what can I do?

Val

Snipped the pics...

I'm not Iggy, but I have two here on my desk that look exactly like yours.

Steve's been at this one for awhile, notice the copyright date on this one is 2008.

Thanks Ed.
I was just curious about it because it was the only one like that out of the 18 boxes I opened.
Are the two you have both Forbes or are they from other signers?

Just looked through my entire inventory (every common and limited and the better half of the VL's)and the Forbes is the only one that I see with a white logo on the back.

...and I AM Iggy. Razz

True, but unfortunately she doesn't have an autograph card in WOST 2010. That would have been awesome.

Finally got thru my two boxes.

Box 1
24 packs, 5 cards each
1 complete base set, 27 extras
3 Painted (Janeway, Seven & Torres)
LL7 Seven
RR7 Kirk/Keeler
WCC8 Seven
WCC21 Janeway
3 autos: GWitney(L), Todd -LALBig Grin, Rankin

Box 2
24 packs, 5 cards each
1 complete base set, 27 extras
3 Painted (Janeway, Seven & Torres) Mad
LL5 Kira
RR3 Picard/Crusher
WCC3 Janeway
WCC22 Seven (L) Big Grin
3 autos: Janeway(VL), EBanks Big Grin, Gallagher

Overall grade C+
If I may borrow a classic line...the best of times and the worst of times...
Pros: Three autos and two costumes per box. The auto/costume designs are just right. The painted set and LL chase are eye-catching too.
Negs: Lackluster base set. The cheapest looking base design I've ever seen from RH. For a one per box card the Romance set is a disappointing design as well.
