For autographs, I've snagged data for box and case breakdowns of 7.8% of the print run now (310 autos in 622 boxes).
UPDATE POSTED 15 JUNE
Firenze and Goyle are starting to move into the second group, perhaps confirming the assumption that there was a "big two." Group 3 might be splitting into a 400/500-each, with Neville and Seamus catching up to James. Estimates are based on a total of 5200-5400 signed.

Well, I've collected autograph breakdowns from reports on 1078 boxes now, 13.5% of the distribution. It's starting to look even stranger than we thought. There's bunching in parts of the print run, it seems; one report found 6 Cleese autos in 7 cases.
I'll let you draw your own conclusions on where the scarcity splits occur. If distribution were random, statistics say that a difference of about 5 isn't meaningful yet. The scarcest would be in the range of 250 signed and the least scarce in the range of 550.
24 - John Hurt as Mr. Ollivander 26 - Joshua Herdman as Gregory Goyle 27 - John Cleese as Nearly Headless Nick 28 - Warwick Davis as Goblin Bank Teller 31 - Ray Fearon as Firenze
33 - Leslie Phillips as The Sorting Hat 33 - Geraldine Somerville as Lily Potter 36 - Ian Hart as Professor Quirrell 40 - Alfred Enoch as Dean Thomas 43 - Matthew Lewis as Neville Longbottom 47 - Luke Youngblood as Lee Jordan
55 - Adrian Rawlins as James Potter 56 - Devon Murray as Seamus Finnigan 58 - Warwick Davis as Professor Flitwick

Then again, I don't think I would ever have the patience to sit down and open 12 cases of anything -

Box Topper: BT4 Foils: R1, R3, R5, R6 and R9 Prop Card: Fluffy's Fur 558/700 Filmcell Card: 141/397 (scene where John Hurt pass the wand box to Harry, a nice one!!!) Base Sets: Not sorted out yet

I did really well to get a full set of foils from just two boxes, and one each of an auto, prop, costume and film cell. Really nice looking set (and definately puts me in the mood for for The Half Blood Prince this weekend).
