Received my box (3481 0f 4800) today, here's how it broke down:

2 base sets of 72 cards, plus one set missing 8 cards and about 30 extras.

Sketch card - Chris Henderson 2/2 Dorothy and Scarecrow nearing apple trees, in color (this card is shown in the samples of Chris's work on the Breygent website, the last card on the bottom)

Autograph - Jerry Maren as Lollipop Kid

9 card puzzle 1 - 1,2,3

9 card puzzle 2 - 4,5,6

Magical Places - MP 6, MP 7

Character cards - CC1, CC2

Munchkinland cards - MPC Margaret Pellegrini

Box Bottom card

Thoughts about the set - nice new images for base set. The 2 puzzles, Character cards and Magical places have the glitter treatment seen on the OTBD promo. I was happy to get an auto, they are 1 per 3 boxes. A nice set.

I purchased 2 boxes of Oz 2 and received them a few days after they released. I'm a little behind on posting my box breakdowns, so here goes!

First box:
9 Card Puzzle 1: 5, 6, 7
9 Card Puzzle 2: 1, 8, 9
Magical Places: MP9, MP10
Character Cards: CC6, CC7
Munchkins: DSC1
Sketch: Cowardly Lion by Jessica Hickman
Prop Card: SHP Scarecrow Straw and Cowardly Lion Fur! Bouncey

Second box:
9 Card Puzzle 1: 6, 7, 8
9 Card Puzzle 2: 7, 8, 9
Magical Places: MP2 Frown
Character Cards: CC4, CC5
Munchkins: DSC1, MRC Smile
Sketch: Tin Man walking by Chris Henderson

The second box duplicated quite a few of the chase, so I have some extras for trading. Over all, it's a very nice release. The first box was especially fun!

Can you tell me how this box compares to Series 1? I have a Series 1 and am on the fence about purchasing a Series 2 box.

Yea or Nay?

Series 2 cards seems to be much better as they have more premium inserts and more importantly, all the sketches are in colour (haven't seen one yet which is not coloured).

Bought two boxes today and am very glad I did!

Box One:

Magical Places MP3 and MP4

Character Card "Glinda" CC2

Munchkin insert Donna Jean Johnson DSC2

7 different puzzle piece cards

TWO Sketch Cards!

One by our very own RAM of Glinda:

and the other by our very own Chris Henderson. Looks like the left sketch of either a dual or triple sketch:

And, the super cool bonus, a dual 3X5 autograph card of Margaret Pellegrini as Sleepy Head and Donna Jean Johnson as Child Munchkin!

The Second box was great, too.

Magical Places MP7 and MP8

Character Cards Wicked Witch and Toto CC3 and CC7

Munchkin insert Karl Slover KSC

6 Puzzle Piece Cards

One sketch by Rowena of the Tin Man

and a wonderful dual prop card of Scarecrow straw and Cowardly Lion hair!

I love the beautiful color sketches and the inserts are great, too. I was very excited to pull the dual auto and the dual prop. Great work by Breygent on this series, even surpassing the amazing series one!
