Sorry to your but I spoke to Allan Caplan at a Memorabilia and he said inkworks are no longer redeeming Chris Carter redemptions as his auto is no longer available.

However, if you send it in they will redeem it for another auto in the series.
I don't know if you could request a certain one, so it might be worth sending a e-mail.
