What is This Batman Promo ?

Someone sent me a 2011 promo that shows the Batman villain Harley Quinn smashing a mayo jar with a hammer.

The back says Harley Quinn Limited Edition Trading Card, with 2011 in the corner, and on the bottom lists the name of artist Jason Keith Phillips, and a website, Mayonnaiseandbread.com

Where was this given out ? It is part of a series ?

I'm guessing they were given out at shows by Jason.

That's his website. Not sure if he's done any others.
