I recently got this Michael Foale card autographed through the mail.



I don't know anything about the origins of the card, though. It came in a clear cello pack with 2-3 other cards, and I've seen one other pack. All had a space station Expedition featured.

Does anyone know anything about these cards?

The card doesn't look familiar. It does look like the kind of thing given out by NASA at a public event like a job fair or air show. Years ago, NASA gave out logo decals and I obtained one at their booth at a USGS open house (Menlo Park, CA) and another at an air show in my area.

As you know, Bill, the clear cello pack usually indicates a promo - not something sold.
