I've been meaning to ask about this since I saw it last month. It's a Simpsons II Willie "The Dupe" Dipkin P4 promo card but it's marked as a "reprint" in small print on the back below the card number in the upper left corner. It also has an autograph printed onto it - not an actual signature.
The actual P4 is the rare one in the promo set, the card presumably given out at a Diamond conference in 1994. Does anyone know where this apparently recently-made Broder came from? It's on the "bay" as a Completed Auction and it sold for $10.
