catskilleaglePCE 2008, additions, deletions and corrections
And the "Death Duel with the Vulgar" card you also noted in that post is shown just above the "Nothing Can Stop...The Sandwitch" card on this page. Yeah, I'm just assuming there isn't another unnumbered Spider-Femme card that starts with "Nothing..."
I'm also assuming that #7 card is from the Spider-Femme boxed factory set.

catskilleaglePCE2008 lists a 9-card set under the "Ultraman" heading on page 154. It lists the source of all the promos except for the #4 card, "Barrangas." Like card 5 and 6, it is found in the Ultraman #2 comic (Ultracomics/Harvey Comics Entertainment, 1993) but you got only one of them per copy so you had to buy three copies to get all of them. You can see which card you are getting through the baggie.
Cards 1, 2, and 3 were bagged with issue #1. Cards 7, 8, and 9 were bagged with issue #3.
PCE2008 added that the #4 card was hardest to find. I don't remember seeing it for sale as a single but you should be able to find sealed copies of the comic and rather cheaply. I've seen cards 1, 2, and 3 for sale as a lot here and there and I've seen them in a sealed plastic pack (source still unknown) but the other cards have been harder to find as singles or as a lot or part of a lot.

catskilleaglePCE2008 lists a "Sound & Vision" promo card as a dealer promo on page 130 so I assume it was sent to some dealers as a single. It features topless nudity so I can't show it here. I can also add that it was the header card in a 4-card promo pack (plastic pack sealed with a "Sound & Vision" sticker.
The other three cards are from the Druuna set (Sound & Vision, undated). They are #48, 49, and 50, each marked on the back as "Druuna Promo Card Reprint 1996" (also adult-oriented). PCE2008 says that these cards (and #47 with same promo marking on the back) were included with the regular set (cards 1-47).
Also, according to the back of the Sound & Vision header card, you could buy the Manara 6-card promo set. It's listed in PCE2008 so it must have been given out in some way before it was available for sale. Some companies have offered their leftover promos for a low price to cover the cost of shipping. Sound & Vision was based in Italy so you don't see too many of their promos in the U.S. That Manara 6-card set is probably the most commonly-seen one. A local comic shop once had it but they wanted around $15 for it. I didn't get it but it sold later.
The back of the Sound & Vision card also lists the Druuna #48, 49, 50 reprint promos as a group you could buy separately. None of these cards are dated. I don't have any of the regular sets. They might be dated. I've seen a few for sale on Ebay but the sellers tend to want a lot for shipping and that's before the additional import fees made applicable this year.
Every once in a while, you see one of the other Sound & Vision promos including one for the Roberto Baldzzini set and one for the Magnus set which is also a show promo (European show).

catskilleagleI didn't notice that. Hilarious.
Whoever wrote the text in the Personality Comics retrospective on the Beatles was very opinionated. Clearly disliked "Yesterday." Hey, that's a great song.
I still have no idea how many different cards Spoof Comics/Personality Comics made but there are still cards that PCE2008 lists that I haven't seen and I found a few that aren't listed last year. It is getting harder to find ones I haven't heard of but I'm assuming there were at least two cards for every title and I have seen a number of different comics that I haven't seen the cards of.
