Buffy C C G Promo Cards

Are the promo cards for the Buffy CCG sets inserted in the packs or available by other means.
I have been offered a large quantity of unopened loose packs and if promos are inserted will purchase and might hit some.
Good thing they are here in NZ so no high shipping costs.

Scifi Cards

Again, Allender's site to the rescue.

They list the promos and the sources. None of which say they were available in packs.
