Aside from the promos issued by Inkworks, those packs from the San Diego Comic Con and the other shows 2-3 years back, and all of those "fan club" cards by Summit Entertainment, are there ANY other true promo cards for the various Twilight movie card sets ?

I have seen a 9 card pack by NECA that looks like a preview set, referred to in the auction as a "promo set." Are these promos ? Did NECA do any actual Twilight promos ?

I have looked at various on-line checklists (Jeff Allendar, etc) but these don't provide a definite answer

I've only ever thought that the Inkworks promos done for the set and San Diego were the only real ones. All the rest just seemed like unofficial stuff unless i've missed something.

Jeff's site lists about two dozen different mini-sets of Twilight related cards, most of them described as promos. I have avoided all of the ones put out by Summit, as I don't believe that they are true promos.

However, he does lists some sets by NECA which supposedly advertise the regular card sets. I have not actually seen them, so I don't know what they are. Hoping someone can help

Theres quite a few official Twilight promos out there besides the five different Inkworks releases. The Inkworks promos have Inkworks and Summit Entertainment printed on the back.

For the first Twilight movie, there was a book publisher Twilight promo set, the Comic Con movie promo pack of 4, an uncut movie promo card panel of 4, and a movie soundtrack promo set of 4 (Atlantic Records/Summit Entertainment). All were given out at Comic Con except the soundtrack promo set.

For New Moon, there was the Wolfpack promo set of 5 and a regular New Moon promo set of 4 distributed at Comic Con. Theres also a Volturi New Moon promo set of 5. Almost forgot...theres the Burger King promo pack too.

Was just looking at these in my collection... they are some sweet promos! I haven't taken the time to keep up with the Eclipse movie promo offerings.

There appears to be alot of Twilight fan club and custom-made cards out there but I don't collect those...

Also on the Eclipse Gum packages that gave you the code for secret scenes, there are different covers with different characters on them. I have 3 different flavors with the same 5 photos of the front. I have extras if anyone wants one.

Are there any promos issued by NECA which advertise any of the NECA card sets ? Anything which says "Coming soon!" or something to that effect ?

None of the Twilight and New Moon promos that I referred to have any mention of NECA. In fact, I've never seen any promo card distributed by NECA.
