Does anyone know if this card exists? According to Jeff Allender's checklist site it was associated with the 2011 Chicagoland Show. I have never seen these come up on EBay or anywhere else for that matter. So, were they given out then? If so, does anyone have any extra? What's the scoop?

Yes it does exist. I post a image in a few. Don't know if I have a extra, but I will check.
