I know many of us were not able to find the promo card as it was not actually given out when it should have been because of a late arrival to SDCC (or something along this lines).

The card is now on Ebay. There is a seller on Ebay selling a Treasure Chest & Booty base set for $10 plus shipping and the offer includes the DD SDCCP2 promo.

I cannot post the link to an active auction, but it should be easy enough to find. The seller has multiples listed in the same auction.
