I have seen on an auction site 3 or 4 "rare" 2011 Garbage Pail Kids Flashback cards, which according to the descriptions, are promos. Asking prices up to $ 99 ! One is Adam Bomb.

What are these ? Anyone know ?

They are different colored border Parallel cards.
