Gday everyone, hope all is going well, I have one of the Al Capone promo cards from Dart Flipcards issued in 2002 , the front is similar to a prismatic finish and the back is like a high gloss and is a picture of an Al Capone bobble head toy figure, I was wondering if its rare and also, where in the PCE I may find it so I can correctly catalogue it??
hope someone can help Metal

It's a case topper card and it's not rare.

John, do you recall which Dart card set that it was printed for?

It was produced as an advertisement/promo for the Al Capone bobble head toy. No card set was ever produced.

Never said it had anything to do with cards, it was a Case Topper for a case of Bobble head dolls. They also come in a couple of different finishes.
