Tommy, promo HHSPEC1 was exclusive through the UK dealer, The Card Trove
Jack Redd told me that there were only 6 promos, the two HHSPEC cards, the HH1, and the SL1-3.
However, there were all of those other Harliths chase cards (not promos) that didn't come in the packs, but were available for purchase through the Crimson Artworks website-- HHM1, HHBL1-5. Just thought you should be aware of those

Both promos are black and white. The HHSPEC2 shows a close up of a woman's face. Here is a scan on Facebook. Not sure if you can open it, if you're not a Facebook member

Posting these scans of the HHSPEC1 for David R (sorry it took so long!) I cropped off the bottom of the back scan for censoring purposes. It is essentially the same as the back of the #2 shown above, website, etc...
