G'day everyone again, just had another shipment of older promos sent, and one of them is WASHINGTON BULLETTES cheerleaders promo, Felicia "crickett" Harris. The back gives a brief bio on Felicia and has a gold border with no. 16 in the top corner, and says PROMO. Also says Lime Rock International 1991
anyone know anything about this fine card, nothing seems to be in the 2008 PCE

Please look under Pro Basketball Cheerleaders in PCE on page 116 of the 2008 edition and page 103 of the 2005 edition where yo will find details of sister cards 13, 17, 19, 22 and 26.
