On the back of a family size box of Fruity Pebbles I found these 4 cards (I have to go back to find the other 4!) They are for the "Play the Race Through Bedrock Free 3D Game" to be played on your iPhone or Android Phone. (I have neither!)

Cards are 3" x 3 1/4"

Now do I keep the panel as shown or cut out the cards?

That depends on how much cereal you eat - you could cut & keep!

Now to look for Cocoa & Fruity Pebbles cereal.Pebbles

Found a smaller box of Cocoa Pebbles so I guess there are 2 different sizes of the back panel. Cards are the smae size.
