Minion posters are available when you purchase a package containing 4-5 boxes of Kraft Mac & Cheese. The posters are 11x14, and there are two variations available.

Mac & Cheese goes with lots of stuff.

There are Minion collectible toys in cereal boxes again, with one figure (prehistoric Minion) only available at Wal-Mart.

There are also individual Minion Kraft boxes which have Bob, Kevin & Stuart as finger puppets on the back of the box to cut and assemble.

I've seen the Minions on non-food items, too.
eg; Swifter floor sweepers.
