I got my two boxes today. Just have to wait a month to open them.

Got 1 box so far,i will get another 2 boxes,1 for me and 1 for my daughter to open,as its her 9th birthday 6 days after OTBD,looking forward to it

I just received my sealed box ready for open that box day. I had to have husband hide it from me so I can't be tempted to open it early. I can't wait to see what my Stargate Sn 9 box will yield.
If it was open the box of chocolate day there would not be a chance of resisting There is no resistance there.

How does Open That Box Day cards work?
Last year I heard there was a card sent out to only certain people.
I opened a box last year and didn't get squat other than a good feeling and some good finds.
How can I make sure I get a card this year and maybe last year's as well?

Did you post your OTB report here last year? I believe we sent out cards to everyone who posted or at least tried to -- In some cases, where I didn't have a mailing address, I e-mailed people for it; some of them I heard back from and not others. Last year's card was an unannounced, sort-of thank you for posting your report here on the forum. We never wanted to tie posting to receiving something but it just so happened that we had gotten in a small quantity of cards from Breygent -- not enough to put in NSU -- and decided this was a great use for them. No card give-away is planned for this year. We hope people will enter into the fun regardless.
