No offense to any of the artist who created the sketches, but those sketches are definitely worth the full $1.50 they were paid to create them.

Ummme... is that good or bad?

You could be right! I'm happy anyway - it wasn't a bad price! (and I'm keeping my fingers crossed on a couple of other sketches closing soon for, hopefully, similar prices!)
Au Res.,

I just received the Lost season 2 PW12-B won from ebay for £33 including postage. I was the only bidder and didn't think i'd end up winning, well pleased with my 1st case incentive purchase.

You're doing rather well recently. Wink

Perhaps now is the time to buy and not sell.

Most of my recent purchases have been items no one else has bid on, i guess people just aren't buying at the moment.

I just snagged a 2007 UD Spectrum Baseball Spectrum of Stars Autograph of Catherine Bach (aka Daisy Duke) for a little over $30.

After winning I researched the checklist as I remember different colors were done in different quantities. Turns out I won the blue ink "Daisy" inscribed version that there's only 3 of. Seeing as how I just wanted the signature and could care less about the colour ink, I may now just have to trade this one for a more plentiful variant and have a little left over to knock something else off my wantlist.

Seems to be my month for eBay and sketches! The following arrived today:

It's Aragorn and Gandalf by Howard Shum, and I got it for £4.62 (plus postage)
The only downside is the rubber mark running the length of the card, as seen on wuite a few Topps cards of late I understand, though it's the first I've had (to the best of my recollection!)

Thanks wolfie! Wave My heart was racing as I was rushing to complete the transaction since immediate payment was required. I forgot to mention that I checked the seller's past auctions and saw that the cards didn't sell the first time at $29.99 plus shipping. They probably didn't sell because of the auction title and listing category. I would have bid on them the first time if I saw the auction. Smile
