Wow! I just caught up (via iPlayer) Cracking episode - I only hope it doesn't go the way other RTD scripted multi-parters have gone in the past!

Yes Davros was creepy way back in the 70's and is still creepy in modern times ,they did a great job on his make up and he seems mad as ever  ____________________ I find your lack of faith...disturbing |

When I was about 10 or 11, my father took me to the Dr Who exhibition at Madame Tussards in London. They had an animatronic Davros who'd move and rant if you came near him. That was one of the most scary things I remember as a child - the Chamber of Horrors had nothing on that.

Two things;
1 - just because the Doctor appears to be regenerating, it doesn't neccessarily mean he's changing form - it might just be a regeneration of damaged cells/organs. 2 - (White ink): I have just been watching Doctor Who Confidential - did anyone else notice Noel Clarke in the cast read through scenes? If I wasn't mistaking someone else for Clarke, this presumably means Mickey comes through from the other universe at some point in the finale - which is, according to the Doctor Who website, longer than usual at 65 minutes... Today while out doing some shopping staff at tescos and at the chemist stopped me to ask if I knew who the new doctor is. It seems several people seem to think that Tennant will regenerate into Alex Kingston/ Professor River Song. Everyone is talking about it. That was definitely the best finale - the only negative being what happened to Donna
 On the other hand Daleks barking german commands was just short of them wearing swastikas and Davros teaching the Doctor a lesson in morality and the companions properly crewing the TARDIS and as for Wilf's speech to the Doctor  This message has been edited. Last edited by: dis68, |
