The problem is no one watched them sorry but firefly should have been taken off the air it did poor.. I can say I want to see more Jericho but it was cancelled for "poor" ratings which is funny since the ratings are higher then some of todays shows (including Heroes)..

It comes down to what companies want to invest in and Firefly was not that profitable for them and the Serenity movie didn't do much better in theaters or they would have made another one already..

If the shows where on cable they would still be on there is no place on network tv for most of these shows (even though they did a good job ripping off psych *cough* the mentalist *cough* and making money off of it)..

Stargate was good first 3 years then just kept running same stories over and over again... Sadly it's rare for shows to be given a chance once they are DOA Jericho got a short reprieve and Friday night lights (thanks to Directv)..

Sadly the people who participate in the ratings decide what everyone gets to watch..
