Yea, but how do we know he didn't have the ability before then. He could have repressed the knowledge and the ability. I've heard the suggestion that people lose their "psychic" abilities because they don't use them. This might be the case for Parkman. His "psychic" muscle were dormant and only Molly's own psychic ability were able to jump start them. |

I first posted I thought it was Kensi(sp) then I realized that would be the biggest let down in tv HISTORY.. I would say about 90% of the people who watch the show would consider the same thing..
Thinking about it they could have the best twist in tv history and Hiro could be the one hunting them.. That would be why is father was so shocked and instead of flying away he just shifted time.. I'm guessing like all shows they will go with the predictable and make it kensi but I think that would drop their ratings... I still think the eclipse has something to do with bringing out some of their powers.. Or a tramatic experience, I don't think Nathan knew he could fly till the accident and Kensi didn't know he couldn't get hurt before he was shot.. |

Thats the same line of thought i had , with Kensi not knowing he was immortal untill he got shot. Same with Hiro and his persistance to be a 'hero', Nathan being a empath kind of hero since he is all about the caring..
I think looking at it each person has had to do something 'extra-ordinary' for their powers to jump start. |

watched episode 4 last night, pretty good seeing sylar back and cant wait to see what happens with him.
Again Parkman and Nathan don't know each other, even though at the end of season 1 they were all there when peter was going supernova. So why dont they recognise each other? The link between Matt and his dad with the company is interesting, and him being the 'bad man' too. Its starting to get really good now. |

Are they trying to annoy people and turn them away? They keep making less and less sense and it's like they are just throwing a ton of stuff at you to see what sticks..
Observations One hero and his father share the same abilites, with all of them it seems to run in the family others it doesn't(sylar might be the only one but did he have powers to begin with? where did they go?) They are adding way to many new people(at least lost had the decency to kill off someone before adding more |

This wasn't one of the great episodes but then I don't think it it was supposed to be. It was one of those episodes that was setting things up for future episodes, that and introducing Kristen Bell's character. Every storyline in this episode was clearly a setup for future episodes with Parkman's dad as having most of the action (he's a real piece of work isn't he?).

I do really like how they are having Peter rediscover all his talents again. And obviously, from his newest talent, they gave us a little insight into his meeting with Bell. From what I gather, he was kidnapped by the company and put into the crate by them, for some unknown reason.

I agree. There are simply too many things going on at the same time for a 1-hour show. Plus, characters like Ando and Nikki are being wasted in comparison to last season. The story with Hiro needs to be wrapped up soon, as it's turning into a distraction.
With Parkman's dad and the unseen villian in the story this season, bringing back Silar is actually boring. It would have been more gratifying had he died last season with the good guys winning. I stopped watching "Lost" because the story got away from the main idea and became convoluted. The same thing is happening here with "Heroes". |

I dont have a single prob so far overall as to what they are doing with season 2. To me, it has the same suspense and build up leaving me wanting more.

Still digging season 2.
By far the storyline Im interested in most is the Kensei~Hiro saga. I knew at some point the girl would come between them. I didnt see a betrayal like that comming though at the end. ____________________ |

I agree. I loved it last year but I'm at the point where I'm only watching episodes this year if I like the storyline. Too many characters/storylines at once. They shouldn't have more than 4 storylines at any given time and it seems like they have at least 8 going on at the moment. Laura ____________________ myspace.com/wandringrebel |

looks like the went the easy predictable way of having kensei go bad, still think it would have been a great twist to send hiro down that path
There was an interview with the guy who plays nathan in the USA paper. He's not a "star" and was quit happy if his character was killed off at the end of last season he would have just spent more time with the wife and kids... |

I was looking around online and was reading a spot about how the guy named Adam that Bob and Mohinder are going after next, the same Adam who Peter ended up in his apt at the end of last week etc...Someone passed this picture around hinting at the fact that Adam is, or has a round about link to Kensei-

Guess the rumor was right. I thought after seeing Hiro woo the girl to like Kensei, he would somehow get involved and piss off Kensei aka Adam Morrison. Adam's vow to kill everything Hiro loves and being unveiled as this seasons bad guy?...Yes, I still like the acting. Even though I guessed and was right about a few things, I STILL like the show.

yes they went the predictable route
If they go with the parent/child same powers does that mean claire is part of kensei family tree |

Adam is the Petrelli grandfather, bhank on it

How would that be possible? Adam was one of the previous generation of "heroes", so she new the Petrelli mother and father. If anything, I'd say it's possible he could be the real father of Peter and Nathan. (The mother slept with Hiro's father, after all, so why not Adam too?)

I think it is quite possible he is the absentee father of one of the Patrelli elders, after all, Adam is hundreds of years old, he could be the great-grandfather too for all we know. Or, now that I think about it, he could be the great-great-great-great etc grandfather of ALL the heroes, including Hiro
