I have been out of Star Gate for a loooong time in fact I never saw any of Atlantis but this I liked. I will watch the next one to see if it keeps my interest.

lost interest in SG1 after about 3 seasons, seemed to be same episode over and over and over.. I really like atlantis and am hoping they have a decent movie trying to get atlantis back home..

As far as this except for Robert Carlyle I like the show, I'm hoping he gets killed off soon as he is annoying and really over acting..

Glad to see some of the older SG1 Guys showing up, is it just me or are they a little larger then they where when the show was on Big Grin

They say.... the camera adds 10 pounds, but it must be a very BIG camera. General O'Neil looks 50 lbs. heavier and can barely fit in his chair. Must be from Tealc's donut craze. Big Grin Eek

After watching the 3rd episode, I'm done with this show. It was just a terrible episode.

I was asked the other by one of my friends after we had been dicussing the problems we felt this show had, What did I like about it: I honestly couldn't think of a single thing.

Strangely I quite liked the 3rd episode - it was an old Stargate premise but quite a nice vehicle to understand a bit more about the ship (pun semi-intended) and a little bit about the ancient devices. There was more than enough (ie far too much) wandering around in the desert and the end was therefore too rushed.

Not yet a return to form, but maybe a promising signpost.

The sooner they kill off Sgt Greer though, the better. He's starting to get on my nerves with his tedious cliched attitude problem.
