"Solo" is still hanging on to the # 10 position. The "Venom" film needs only $250,000 more to knock it down to # 11, but can Venom do it ? Maybe not. Both movies are almost tied at 213 M and change.

I would think that Venom theatre days are done since it is available on streaming and dvd for over a month now. Aquaman is still doing well at the theatres and could likely dethrone Deadpool 2.

"Venom" is still playing (barely), and it made about another $ 20,000 this weekend

It has grossed approximately $ 213,510,000, while "Solo" has made about $ 213,760,000.

But who is counting ? Smile

"Venom" has officially closed, so it did NOT gross more money than SOLO domestically.

SOLO is still # 10 for the year, 2018.

And "Aquaman" (now at #6) is only 2 M away from surpassing Deadpool 2.

"Bohemian Rhapsody" is only 1.5 M away from being the # 10 film of 2018, domestically, knocking "SOLO" down to # 11 and "Venom" to # 12.

Domestically, "Bohemian Rhapsody" will surpass "Venom" this weekend (only about $ 20,000 away) and it is only about $ 250,000 away from passing SOLO, and being the # 10 film of 2018.

Both "Bohemian Rhapsody" and "A Star Is Born" have now surpassed "Solo" domestically.

Solo has been knocked down to # 12 for 2018.
