The only place I found them was Gamestation, Game, Tesco and Forbidden Planet in London. I managed to complete the set and have a few spares.

I found some online two months ago via Amazon US and there are still some available on that site. Maybe you will have similar luck with Amazon UK?

My local Tesco finally got them. I picked up a pack this morning and pulled the Vashta Nerada to add to the Sontaran Trooper and Judoon Trooper I pulled in November.

Moved Reply:

I managed to find some whilst in Ireland (in Tesco - presumably they are also available in Tesco here in the UK?), and only got three duplicates which I'll trade if anyone is interested!
To go with the Eye Patch Rory, Ood and Eleventh Doctor I got at Memorabilia last November, I now have River Song, Judoon Trooper, HandBot and Gold Dalek - making 7 of the 12 listed on the pack checklist. Still no idea as to whether there are any super-rares this time - I've heard rumours of an unhelmeted Sontaran and/or Judoon, but nothing definate!
Anyway, the trades:
Colour in brackets is the rarity according to the in-pack leaflet:

Have:
Doctor (long green coat) (Green)
Eye Patch Rory (Red)
Judoon Trooper (Red)
Ood (Yellow)
Sontaran Trooper (x2) (Yellow)

Want
Madam Kovarian (Red)

17/10/2013 - I REALLY need the Madame Kovarian minifig to complete my set - if anyone has a spare one, I'd be happy to trade any or all of the figures in the above Have list!
Au Res.,
Paul

There were super rare figures for season 3 (including a Tenth Doctor figure in his environmental suit from 42 and Waters of Mars episodes).

No problem! They look pretty fun, but I doubt I will ever be able to get my hands on any of them. I still have hopes to someday have the Rory/Last Centurion one from Series 2, but will probably end up passing on all the other super rare ones. Thankfully the common ones are also pretty fun.

You never know - I didn't think I'd ever see one, except online, but then I pulled a Series 2 Pirate Amy...

I was given an early birthday present with 10 packs. Got 10 of the 12 on the picture checklist. Only missing River Song and Judoon Trooper.

Well, through a combination of lucky pack pulls and eBay, I am now waiting for one figure to arrive to make up a near set - the only one I'm now missing is the rarest of the 'regular' figures, Madam Kovarian.
Au Res.,
Paul
