Yes, Potomac has confirmed the street date as 5th Dec. The wildcard with the costume estimates is whether or not TOPPS just got 1 of each costume. Every costume used has several duplicates in case something happens to the first (dirt, a tear or stained) and they need to re-shoot a scene. There are also duplicates for the stunt doubles. So while they might have just 4 types of costume they could have several copies of each. Not an absolute fact, just a possibility.
