The only consolation I can think of if this is delayed until the end of November, is that the Region 2 release of the full first series is released at the beginning of December - which is when the boxes to the UK will be arriving (if we're lucky). This means that I might just have finished watching the whole series before I get to open my boxes. No spoilers to contend with then.

We've been asked to NOT post our cards yet. Even those of us that have been approved. So the only sketch card images in circulation are the ones that were used for promotions by Topps. |

I would love to see some sketches done comic-art style for all characters. However, I'm not sure if artists were allowed to do that.
I received my sell sheet / mini-brochure this morning. It is very nice. I have a question though, will any foil cards and/or lenticular cards be in the hobby product? I have a meeting with Milo Ventimigla at the end of this month, I will check with him about his status with topps, if Topps hasnt reported anything by that time.

I just spoke to my dealer and asked about whether or not Heroes was getting pushed back and if he had heard anything and he said it was pushed back to November. Him and hayden are Super close, you can see it when the to are together. When I was on set with hayden last March he was with her and I think he sees her more as a little sister. Over on another board Lee Kohse confirmed that all of his cards were rejected. Kind of weird since Topps already released this promo flyer with his card on it (Claire in the bottom left corner). He also said he personally knows three other artists this has happened to...I don't know if he means other artists we have already heard of or three MORE artists got rejected as well. Either way, pretty crappy. |

The Sylar one is still my favorite (top left corner). Who is the artist?
I kinda like all the sketches portraided... different styles, different approaches, that's what it's all about, right?! It all comes down to personal taste. |

I think the Sylar sketch was done by Cat Staggs. The people at Topps must be having a fit over all of the rejected sketches. It's one thing to reject a few cards, but to reject all of the cards by certain artists is another matter entirely.

I can't believe that all of the sketches by Lee Kohse were rejected by NBC/Universal... I have a Shrek 2 sketch by Lee, and it is one of the most detailed and realistic sketches I have ever seen. What a disappointment if this turns out to be the case.

I think Topps should give up on trying to get more artists and concentrate more on getting additional signers. Even guest stars like Matt's wife, Clea Du Val and Simone will make excellent additions to the list.
