Strictly Ink appear to be running a CSI Miami 2 competition in conjunction with their newsletter registration. No further details on what the prize is/are - just follow the instructions at the bottom of the online form. The worst that happens is that you get their quarterly newsletter I suppose!

Supposedly it's for a CSI Miami signed script. It was mentioned on card 68 from the CSI Miami Series 2 set I guess.

Any news on a release date for CSI:NY? And more info on auto's,costumes and sketch?

I emailed Barrie yesterday and got a reply today: CSI:New York is going to be released on January 21st.

They have updated their homepage today however and, at last, the Yearbook will be out next week - a nice pre-Christmas bonus!!

As to "start ordering", I ordered mine in July 2006. The link at the website for direct orders seems to be working still.

Forget my question from the above post,turns out I didn't check the bottom of th NY page were the order link was.

Anyway ordered a box earlier today. I got an invite for the yearbox today and it has the following about NY:

In CSI NY 1, the sketches are approx 1 in 3-4 boxes but look out for an auto and a sketch or costume is all boxes! The cast are signing for CSI NY, these include Gary Sinese*, Carmine Giovinazzo, Eddie Cahill, Anna Belknap, Sonya Walger and many more. Look out for updates on the NY and Miami Webpages at www.strictlyink.com.
*subject to final contract and are included as a redemption card at time of press.

I hope they can get Melissa Kankereides(is that spelled right?) to sign.Also the team member from the first season who was killed off in the second.I doubt there will be a second issue of this so it will be important to get as many of the main characters as possible.

I notice the sketch cards insertion rate now matches what was actually found in the CSI Miami cases rather than the "almost 50/50 previously advertised.At least we know what to expect.

It say's on the Strictly Ink site that CSI:NY will start shipping from the 18th of Jan (this coming Friday).

Based on previous history that seems unlikely to happen.I would think Barrie would want to wait until he at least has a contract signed for the autograph cards,especially Sinise.

This is the auto everyone will want and if he is unable to fulfil the redemptions then there will need to be a replacement item of equal value or he will have a lot of unhappy customers.

Here's hoping your wrong and they are released on Friday. Any more delays and this could be the last SI product I'll bother with.
Also does anyone know what seasons this set will be covering?
