I'm REALLY excited about this set!
It's no surprise that Inkworks has thrown in an extra Supernatural set, as it does seem to be a top seller for them. A part of me wishes they would've saved the Connections set until another season or two, like I think they should've for Lost Revelations, IMO. As much as I love Supernatural I think this idea is stupid. First of all the pieceworks list looks identical to the Season Two line-up, second of all JP or JA can't sign for this unless it's something unique like a dual autograph card otherwise Season 3 is really screwed, and last of all there is not enough character "connections" to fill a base set without focusing on bit part players.
This is just a way for Inkworks to unload extra costumes. It would make more sense to make a Lost Connections set, a show that has an ensemble cast with interesting connections to each other. ____________________ "You can't unfry things, Jerri. You can't be something you're not." - Chuck Noblet |

I do have to agree with you there CaptainMal. Connections sets look great, but it really is too early for a Supernatural one seeing as there have only been 2 seasons. I would have thought that they would have done dual pieceworks seeing as with the Buffy set they were the only costumes available and it is about connections after all. There also isn't a very large amount of characters to focus on in this show, unlike Lost where there is such a large cast and their connections to each other is a big part of the show. Perhaps after season 3 of Supernatural they could have included more characters in a connections set. After saying all this I'll still probably grab some boxes of this to see what it looks like. |

this isnt the case with duel costumes it wasnt done for charmed much and wasnt done at all for x files so i would say the duel costumes was just a special thing for buffy only ____________________  |

Lead stars usually sign for 2 different season, don't forget Gillian Anderson signed 3 times X Files Season 6/7, Season 9 (wonder if this was suppose to be a dual with Duchovny
 ) & Connections. Then again her autos were very rare So I wonder if we'll get auto pieceworks  or dual autos from the lead stars  Wonder if Papa Winchester's auto will be available, then the Winchester family is complete ____________________ The Wheel of Time, IMO the best fantasy novels ever? You're right but seeing as Inkworks has not been able to get many of the main cast to sign so far, would you really want a Lost connections set without any decent autos ? |

Hmm, 1 last shot at a Katharine Isabelle autograph, (Ava Wilson on the show). I've been waiting a long time for her to sign for a set.

I forgot about the Charmed set  . But it would be nice to have something different, and with it being a set about character connections then dual-pieceworks makes more sense.
It is not that Inkworks havn't managed to get some of the main cast to sign, they are simply holding people back for future sets. They don't won't to put all their eggs in one basket so to speak, by Season 7/8 they are going to need the big names to keep collectors interested. ____________________ "You can't unfry things, Jerri. I think an Andy (Gabriel Tigerman) auto would be awesome too. I loved that guy.
I hope the Sam season 1 T-Shirt is that greyhound shirt from Something Wicked - whenever I watch that episode I can't take my eyes off it. I would love to own a piece of that scary top |

Just holding my breath on this one. I'm wondering if maybe it isn't too soon because the series is just starting to really warm up.

A JDM auto would be awesome, but he seems so busy getting his movie career going that he might not sign... but fingers crossed.
Some guest stars have signed for Inkworks before (Adrianne Palicki (yay), Gina Holden, Brooke Nevin, Emmanuelle Vaugier, Conchita Campbell) and I know Jessica Steen signed for SG-1, so there's a good chance they might sign. May is probably the best time for the set because there's only 4 more episodes to go of Season 3 starting April 24th, and apparently the finale is gonna make the fans nuts, so perfect time with all the hype  |

They have a lot to resolver in the last episodes so they will have to be action packed.. I want to know how/if they get out of the "Deal" ...
A Vaugier or Palicki would be sweet.. |

A few sellers have had this set listed as being released on May 7th, but I've seen one saying it's third week (May 21st) now.
I wanna know too, but at the same time I don't cause I hate cliff-hangers (which you know the finale will be). I think I'll download it then just ignore it until a couple weeks before Season 4 |

New street date has been posted, 4 June. So all you Supernatural fans can either cringe at the setback or give a sigh of relief that you get to save up for a few more boxes.
