Alas shipping to the UK is either $44 Intl Economy or $55 Intl Priority and then probably Duty at Customs which includes the shipping amount on top of the valuation.

Although I haven't used it myself, Check Out My Cards has a "mailbox" service. Regular cards are $0.50 each and they'll hold them in your account and have them shipped to you at your leisure.
Currently they have some of the best international rates I've encountered and probably ideal for something like this: http://www.comc.com/mailbox.aspx
