contacted seller who had things listed he informed me that he got 2 dud boxes with no hits in his case and 2 hot boxes for a total of 8 "big hits"..

So it ends up being 8 big hits in the end anyway same as season one. I wouldn't want to be the person who buys 2 boxes from a case and gets 2 dud boxes.

I don't like the design of the auto cards and that Ali Larter auto with some of the sig missing is just terrible.

Still better than not having her autograph at all.

Each box is GUARANTEED at least 1 hit this time, no vague "odds are over the entire production run" this time, TOPPS has clearly and directly stated 1 auto, costume or sketch per box. If I get any dud boxes in my cases, even if I have extra hot boxes that balance it out, I am going to make sure TOPPS honors their guarantee.

Yep, I have five cases that I am picking up in a couple hours and I will be doing the same thing if I have any dud boxes. If you get any, print out that flyer, and send topps a letter, and the UPC from the box

Now, I seriously hope there are still dual costumes, dual autos, and costume/auto cards or I will have a good reason to be ticked. Design flaws in autograph cards don't get me down but having sales flyers advertise things that didn't make it into the set does.

Yup, the duals and auto'd costume possibilities are what convinced me to add a 3rd case to my order. I suspect they will be pretty tough pulls so I'll be happy to get just 1 auto'd costume or dual auto.

Everyone needs to take a breather and get their panties out of a wad...thats 1 case so far and people are already trying to take a dump on the whole thing.

I think judgement should be reserved when a steady stream of breaks happen.

I think a wad is when something like paper or cloth is bunched up into a ball... or something like that.

Is there 9 Tim Sale/Isaac Mendez art cards in the basic set as in the first set?

Looks like Topps has fallen short of their promise again.....sigh....when am I going to learn.....at least I will be prepared now to find some dud boxes from my 2 cases and overall, only 8 pullls per case and not 9 as promised.

yeah but just go after topps. I already have four UPC's from the boxes that were duds with 24 packs paper clipped to each.
