Well based purely on the information you have there i would go for the cheap neca set rather than the exspensive Inkworks one.

Will NECA be doing the New Moon set? If there's going to be one?

I was thinking about collecting the NECA set. I have about half of the Inkworks set and a few promos and would rather finish that set. To me, living right near Canada, it's kind of like the situation where Topps (US) and O-Pee-Chee (Canada) would put out the same sets in the two different markets. Same set, different company logo.

Not for this reissue. A possibility for the next movie set, but there has been no news on that front.

How much are they selling the packs for?

Let me know, Pete.

Stopped at Target today to look for Transformer cards and was surprised to see a box of Twilight - by NECA. I didn't think these cards would be out so soon. As has been discussed, these are basically the same cards as the Inkworks release, just the logo is different. The card stock is identical, a bit on the thin side, the same as most Inkworks releases. The wrapper and display box are essentially the same, just the logos and set information are a bit different. The images on the Inkworks cards are a tad sharper than the NECA cards, but not by much. Here is a scan of the back of card # 3, the front is the same so I did not see any point in scanning that image:

The tagline is also modified, changed from produced by Inkworks, Morrisville NC to NECA, Hillside, NJ.

I was in a store that had just received it (sitting in a box on the floor) and they had no price sticker on the outside of the box. I opened them up and scanned a pack...$2.99 + tax.

Just checked the Amazon site and it looks like the Twilight NECA set w/ binder and autograph (5000 sets) is no longer available.

$1.99 at Target. Harris saw packs at Borders yesterday at $3.99, and now reports of $2.99. Best to shop around for these.

They are also at Hot Topic for $ 3.99 I believe, with the exclusive Hot Topic card.

Got my order in the mail today....nice looking autograph, hand numbered on the back out of 5,000...which is a nice touch. Very glad I ordered some, as I think these are going to sell out fast.

The binder is padded just as most Inkworks binders were. The auto card is ok, but I don't think it is of the standard of the autograph cards Inkworks produced. Still, not a bad deal for the entire package.
