I think the names are only printed on the "metal" cards, not on the sketch cards.

That's correct. There was a space on the back for artists to sign their name on the sketch cards. It was only on the chase cards where the names were actually printed on the card.

I understand multiple sketch cards forming a larger puzzle when there is something significant on each section but there is a 9-panel puzzle on "you know where" where only the top-center card has an image of Betty Boop and the other 8 just have designs or legs or arms. Could those other 8 have been in packs? Were they some sort of incentive? Just do a standard search but show the results, highest first.

The multi-puzzle cards were dealer incentives, so you're not going to get a sketch with just an arm or leg on out of a pack.

All the same I still think it is nice - would actually be good on sketch cards as well as it would save a lot of problems identifying artist Smile

Better late than never.
There were 100 pack incentives for dealers. I assume that they were sketches done by either Adam Schickling or Mayumi Seto. Were there any other artists included? Were some of their sketches also available in packs?

Also, what was the criterion for receiving a 2-card puzzle, ... X-card puzzle?

Tom could answer more accurately but I beleve he offered the puzzel cards for purchase at SDCC last year.
