More info up at the Rittenhouse website:

https://www.scifihobby.com/pro...trek/picard-season1/

The release date is March 17th. There's a 60-card base set, five insert sets, sketch cards, and autograph cards. The auto list has most of the main cast plus Spiner, Sirtis, and Frakes and many others I don't recognize.

Also, pre-sales for albums, base sets, boxes, and cases:

Have Rittenhouse produced any promo cards for this set
I am under the impression that the promos already available are produced in China .
Thus they should be a unlicenced product

Go to RA's website and click on Free Samples to get the P1 Picard promo. As for any other Picard promos not issued by RA, those aren't really promos, wherever they are made.

No Alison but happy to see Isa.

Although mostly in smaller roles, there are quite a few first time sigs.

The Stewart autograph card looks pretty cool.

I don't have my promos yet but I can also help with promos for a SASE and if you're international, send me a message and we'll see what we can work out. Not selling these. Offering for shipping costs only.

And as noted, it's my understanding those other All Access promos aren't licensed and we should only offer our love to those who pay licensing fees Wink (IMO)

Cards shown so far look nice. Don't recall the last time RA used horizontal autos for single signatures.

Interested to see what picture they use on the Data version of the Spiner auto.

I almost feel sorry for someone who pre-purchased an Archive Box thinking they would have an auto set.

That's a LOT of Hobby Box Only cards. And I like it. All cards should be available to everyone.

One nice thing about it is for a Star Trek release there are quite a few fresh sigs in this one.

The bordered and dual not numbered? I also wonder what the auto variations are in the Archive box? Doesn't look as though you're getting much bang for your buck buying one of these.

I agree, but it's time for RA to retire the whole Archive Box thing and just increase the box ratios with the additional autographs.

Two autograph hits per box, where one is sort of in a better design and the other is always a common signer, is just not enough value. And the Archive Box has multiple gaps now, so that's no longer a satisfactory buy for the money either.

New signers are good, but it also means that there are many unknown names/actors. These boxes were SRP at $99.99, they could have used a third guaranteed autograph card.

Of course the Archive Box has become a dealer incentive and that is the reason why it still exists. Wink

With only 15 days to go, you would think they'd have an artists list.

I'm sure they do.

I'm also sure they are busy getting the cards out the door.

And, other than goodwill, what motivation do they have to post it. It's not like they have to sell any cards. They have been sold out for weeks. (Answer to that is: to help dealers sell cards, but we know how that rates...)
