Hey Tony,
The Wacky Old School set does look like fun. The artist behind it, David Gross, painted a whole bunch of the All-New Series Wacky Packages. The Old School set is a valiant attempt to recreate the feel of the 1970s Wackys, right down to making fun of '70s-era products.
As for the reason for no more Flashbacks, there could be several reasons. Topps may not have had good scans of enough artwork to keep going, or the second Flashback series may not have sold well enough to warrant a third one...
Regardless, it's good to have a new series on the horizon. The addition of Jay Lynch sketch cards in each box, along with all of the other planned extras, definitely make it a set to look forward to.

Thanks! Does that mean Topps will start taking orders on their Web site?
